Day 4!

 

So far we've picked the one thing you want to change and really thought it through. We've described in detail what it looks like now and what you want it to look like. In the process you may have discovered that your one thing was actually 5 and zeroed in on which aspect you want to lock in on for now.

Today, you're going to

1. Outline what you're actually changing. (Ex. Students are always going in and out of their book bags for supplies and you feel like it's really taking away from instructional time. So you decide to start using agenda slides that include exactly what students need to have on their desk at the beginning of each class.)
2. Identify how you're going to prompt students to follow the new protocol every day for a month. AND how you are going to redirect them when they inevitably forget/ignore the new protocol.
